Information obtained through these means that relates to the user’s client or customer to be invoiced through HoneyComb Hub may at times be referred to as “Third-Party Client Information” throughout this Privacy Policy.
Additional information from or about you may also be collected in other ways, including responses to customer surveys and any communications with our customer service team.
We use “cookies” so that our Website can remember you and provide you with the information you’re most likely to need. Such information shall be utilized only for the purpose for which HoneyComb Hub was created, which is to facilitate the billing and collection process for electronic billing of customers and clients.
Although HoneyComb Hub utilizes the highest reasonable levels of data security in the industry, we cannon guarantee the security of PII or other information provided to us. By using our Website, you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guarantee, and that you use our Website at your own risk.
Sharing Personal Information
HoneyComb Hub will not rent or sell your Personal Information to others. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of HoneyComb Hub (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). HoneyComb Hub will share your Personal Information with a limited number of HoneyComb Hub partners for the explicit purpose of providing services to you. This comprehensive list includes but is not limited to user account management, client interaction tools, and data analytics capabilities.
HoneyComb Hub software is engineered to function independently. Additional support services offered by Honey Badger Metaverse and Flaherty.ca Professional Real Estate Corporation are distinct and separate from the HoneyComb Hub software purchase. These entities provide supplementary support which is not required for the basic functionality of our software. Memberships and services from these entities are governed by their respective terms and conditions.
HoneyComb Hub is not responsible for any third-party services provided by Honey Badger Metaverse or Flaherty.ca Professional Real Estate Corporation. Any additional support received from these entities is offered as a courtesy and is not included in the HoneyComb Hub software purchase. Issues arising from these services do not provide a basis for any refund of the HoneyComb Hub software purchase or any related chargebacks.
HoneyComb Hub prioritizes client satisfaction and aims to resolve disputes amicably. Before initiating a chargeback, clients are required to contact us directly at support@honeycombhub.ca to engage in our dispute resolution process. This process involves a detailed review and a dedicated attempt to resolve the issue, adhering to our commitment to client service. Documentation and proofs of service delivery including any information within the disputed platform will be systematically collected and can be used to substantiate the legitimacy of charges during any chargeback process.
Once services are paid for, HoneyComb Hub does not offer refunds except under conditions where the service has demonstrably failed to perform as specified on our website. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent misunderstandings and disputes related to service expectations.
Notification Procedure
It is our policy to provide notifications, whether such notifications are required by law or are for marketing or other business related purposes, to you via email notice, written or hard copy notice, or through conspicuous posting of such notice on our website, as determined by HoneyComb Hub in its sole discretion.
